How the three static sites are built, what they collect and how they are hosted.
The main site and the ShiftWing and LocalForge landing pages are static HTML generated from shared JSON content and one dependency-free builder.

Privacy and accessibility
The sites use no analytics, cookies or third-party scripts. They aim at WCAG 2.2 AA, work without JavaScript apart from search, and support keyboard navigation.
Artwork
Page banners are contextual, data-free diagrams selected to match each item subject. A single branded raster image is used for site-level social previews; individual notes use text-only social metadata.
Path fallback
If the host cannot map separate document roots, one configuration setting publishes the project landing pages at /shiftwing/ and /localforge/ instead.
